The Haven For Children

Child abuse and neglect continue to be a serious problem in our county, state and country. Children who come from abusive family situations often have special needs because of emotional, physical and developmental delays caused by the birth mother’s abuse of alcohol or drugs, the lack of proper nutrition and the lack of nurturing or loving by caring parents.
